Behind the scenes, Qartaba Homes secretly took high-interest bank loans while continuing to collect payments from buyers. When they could no longer sustain their business due to these loans, the company collapsed, leaving us with nothing. The bank took over the land, and hundreds of families lost their savings overnight.
